1.Basic Policy on Personal Information Handling　　
VSQ+ (pronounced “VSQ plus”) sets out the privacy policy as follows, and shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations in order to protect the user’s personal information in the web media service provided by VSQ Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).

2.Personal Information Collected and Collection Method
In the Service, VSQ+ collects user information including personal information as set forth below. The user’s personal information includes the following:
(1)Information requested from the user
Name, postal code, date of birth, address, telephone number, and e-mail address
(2)Information collected by VSQ+
・Device data 　
VSQ+ may collect information unique to the device used by the user (identification data unique to the device, such as device ID)
・Log data and activity history data
VSQ+ may collect the user’s viewing history, IP address, date and time of user requests, and operation history within the VSQ+ site, which are generated and stored automatically when the user uses the Service. 　
・Cookies
In the Service, the “cookie” technology or similar technologies might be used. Cookies are an industry-standard technology that allows the web server to identify the user’s device. Cookies are able to identify the user’s device, not the user personally. The cookie function can be disabled by changing the settings on such device. However, the use of all or part of the Service might become impossible by doing so.

3.Purpose of Use of Personal Information
VSQ+ will not use the user’s personal information acquired through the use of the Service for anything other than the purposes of use or beyond the scope stipulated in laws and regulations without the user’s consent.

4.Personal Information Management
In order to keep the user’s personal information accurate and current and to prevent unauthorized access to, and loss, corruption, falsification and leakage of such information, VSQ+　implements strict management of such information by taking necessary steps such as maintaining security systems, developing management systems, as well as thoroughly training its staff, and carrying out safety measures.

5.Personal Information Disclosure to Third Parties
VSQ+ properly manages personal information entrusted by the user, and will not disclose such information except in the following cases:
　・The user consents to the disclosure, 　
　・Information is disclosed to subcontractors hired by VSQ+ to carry out work in order to provide services requested by the user, or
　・Disclosure is required under laws and regulations.

6.Sharing of Personal Information
(1) VSQ+ may share the user’s personal information among affiliated partners to the extent necessary to provide affiliated services. In such cases, VSQ+ shall announce in advance the names of the affiliated partners, purposes of information sharing, and types of information to be shared.
(2) Pursuant to the preceding clause, VSQ+ shall share the user’s personal information with the affiliated partner below in the following manner:
　　 1) Name of the affiliated partner
　　　 ANDCO Inc.
　　 2) Purpose of information sharing
　　　 Advertisement operation
　　 3) Types of information shared
　　　 Name, postal code, date of birth, address, phone number and e-mail address
　　4) Name of the person or organization responsible for personal information management
　　　 ANDCO Inc.
(3) Pursuant to clause (1) above, VSQ+ shall share the user’s personal information with the affiliated partner below in the following manner:
　　 1) Name of the affiliated partner
　　　 Net Protections, Inc.
　　 2) Purposes of information sharing
　　　 Post pricing service operation and service improvement
　　 3) Types of information shared
　 Name, postal code, date of birth, address, phone number and e-mail address
　　 4) Name of the person or organization responsible for personal information management
　　　 Net Protections, Inc.

7. Disclosure, Revision, Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
In case the user wishes to request in writing the disclosure, revision, addition, or deletion of personal information provided by the user, he or she must send an application with the necessary identification documents by post (or, in the case of application by proxy, those to confirm the validity of the proxy). VSQ+ will charge 500 yen per application as a service fee (excl. tax. This is the actual cost for responding in writing using simplified registered mail) for written requests for disclosure or notification of purposes of use.

8.Point of Contact for Submission of Complaints, etc. Regarding Personal Information
Please submit opinions, questions and complaints regarding the manner with which VSQ+ handles the user’s personal information.

9．Revision
VSQ+ shall carry out timely reviews and continuously work to improve the manner in which the user’s personal information is handled, and may modify and revise the privacy policy as deemed necessary without prior user consent. The revised policy shall become effective immediately once it is posted on the VSQ+ website, unless otherwise decided by VSQ+. However, if VSQ+ makes revisions for which laws and regulations require the user’s consent, such consent shall be obtained using methods to be determined by VSQ+.
